Serving dogs and their guardians throughout Victoria, Hitch-a-Hike provides pups with compassion, care, and tail-wagging fun with every walk. Look for Fifi AKA Fiona, the team’s compact, capable, and slightly conspicuous dog shuttle and chauffeur.
We primarily offer pickup and drop-off for pups in and around Cedar Hill, Fernwood, Fairfield, James Bay, Vic West, Esquimalt & Admirals.

The best adventures are those that facilitate the health and happiness of your dog. Hitch-a-Hike follows fear-free and force-free practices, which means gentle control, positive reinforcement and rewards, and letting your dog choose what they’re comfortable with. We pay close attention to their body language and cues to understand their feelings, support their needs, and build a trusting relationship.
With attention to unique dog personalities and needs, group walks are selectively organized for complementary fits. Group walks are limited to six dogs to ensure each member gets the attention they deserve. Hitch-a-Hike is fully registered and insured.
